What is an oversized cargo?

In short, this is everything that does not fit into a standard container or truck. Machine tools, metal structures, special equipment, containers, packaging lines, building elements — all this is considered to be oversized. Often such cargoes require not just large transport, but a whole logistics scheme with overloading and route coordination.

How is the delivery going?

First, we evaluate the parameters — length, width, weight. Sometimes one measurement is enough to realize that the usual method will not work. After that, we calculate several routes: by sea, by car, by rail, or combined. Sometimes it is more profitable to send part of the journey by sea, and then by rail.

We prepare documents, do customs clearance, issue permits. Everything is official, without gray schemes and “at random”. The cargo is insured, marked, and secured according to international standards.

When everything is ready, we keep the client informed — not with dry reports, but with normal feedback: where is the cargo now, when will it arrive, if there are delays — why and for how long.
